PHOENIX — The illegal immigrant who killed a 5-year-old girl and injured three other children and an adult in a hit-and-run collision was drunk at the time of the wreck, according to court paperwork.Cano was given a breathalyzer test and showed a blood-alcohol level of .254, according to court paperwork. Cano also said he did not have a driver’s license or insurance for the car he was driving, the paperwork shows. Cano’s next court appearance is set for Oct. 29 at 8:30 a.m
