Dear Senator Frist:There is a huge amount of propaganda and myths circulating about illegal aliens, particularly illegal Mexican, Salvadorian, Guatemalan and Honduran aliens.
1. Illegal aliens generally do NOT want U.S. citizenship. Americans are very vain thinking that everybody in the world wants to be a U.S. citizen. Mexicans, and other nationalities want to remain citizens of their home countries while obtaining the benefits offered by the United States such as employment, medical care, in-state tuition, government subsidized housing and free education for their offspring. Their main attraction is employment and their loyalty usually remains at home. They want benefits earned and subsidized by middle class Americans. What illegal aliens want are benefits of American residence without paying the price.
2. There are no jobs that Americans won’t do. Illegal aliens are doing jobs that Americans can’t take and still support their families. Illegal aliens take low wage jobs, live dozens in a single residence home, using the beds 24/7, share expenses and send money to their home country. There are no jobs that Americans won’t do for a decent wage.3. Every person who illegally entered this nation left a home. They are NOT homeless and they are NOT Americans. Some left jobs in their home countries. They come to send money to their real home as evidenced by the more than 20 billion dollars sent out of the country each year by illegal aliens. These illegal aliens knowingly and willfully entered this nation in violation of the law and therefore assumed the risk of detection and deportation. Those who brought their alien children assumed the responsibility and risk on behalf of their children.
4. Illegal aliens are NOT critical to the economy. Illegal aliens constitute less than 5% of the workforce. However, they reduce wages and benefits for lawful U.S. residents.
5. This is NOT an `immigrant nation.` There are 280 million native born Americans. While it is true that this nation was settled and founded by immigrants (legal immigrants), it is also true that there is not a nation on this planet that was not settled by immigrants at one time or another.
6. The United States is welcoming to legal immigrants. Illegal aliens are not immigrants by definition. The U.S. accepts more lawful immigrants every year than the rest of the world combined.
7. There is no such thing as the “Hispanic vote”. Hispanics are white, brown, black and every shade in between. Hispanics are Republicans, Democrats, Anarchists, Communists, Marxists and Independents. The so-called “Hispanic vote” is a myth. Pandering to illegal aliens to get the Hispanic vote is a dead end.
8. Mexico is NOT a friend of the United States. Since 1848 Mexicans have resented the United States. During World War I, Mexico allowed German spies to operate freely in Mexico to spy on the U.S.. During World War II, Mexico allowed the Axis powers to spy on the U.S. from Mexico. During the Cold War Mexico allowed spies hostile to the U.S. to operate freely. The attack on the Twin Towers in 2001 was cheered and applauded all across Mexico. Today, Mexican school children are taught that the U.S. stole California, Arizona, new Mexico and Texas. If you don’t believe it, check out some Mexican textbooks written for their schoolchildren.
9. Although some illegal aliens enter this country for a better life, there are 6 billion people on this planet. At least 1 billion of those live on less than one dollar a day. If wanting a better life is a valid excuse to break the law and sneak into America, then let’s allow those one billion to come to America and we’ll turn the USA into a Third World nation overnight. Besides, there are 280 million native born Americans who want a better life. I’ll bet Bill Gates and Donald Trump want a better life. When will the USA lifeboat be full? Since when is wanting a better life a good reason to trash another nation?
10. There is a labor shortage in this country. This is a lie. There are hundreds of thousands, if not millions, of American housewives, senior citizens, students, unemployed and underemployed who would gladly take jobs at a decent wage.
11. It is racist to want secure borders. What is racist about wanting secure borders and a secure America? What is racist about not wanting people to sneak into America and steal benefits we have set aside for legal aliens, senior citizens, children and other legal residents? What is it about race that entitles people to violate our laws, steal identities, and take the American Dream without paying the price?
For about four decades American politicians have refused to secure our borders and look after the welfare of middle class Americans. These politicians have been of both parties. A huge debt to American society has resulted. This debt will be satisfied and the interest will be high.
There has already been riots in the streets by illegal aliens and their supporters. There will be more. You, as a politician, have a choice to offend the illegal aliens who have stolen into this country and demanded the rights afforded to U.S. citizens or to offend those of us who are stakeholders in this country. The interest will be steep either way. There will be civil unrest. There will be a reckoning. Do you have the courage to do what is right for America? Or, will you bow to the wants and needs of those who don’t even have the right to remain here? There will be a reckoning. It will come in November of this year, again in 2008 and yet again in 2010.
We will not allow America to be stolen by third world agitators and thieves.

“A tenuous compromise to overhaul the nation’s immigration laws collapsed last night when senators from both parties refused to cut off debate and move to a final vote, handing the unlikely alliance of Democratic leaders and President Bush a setback on a major domestic priority. The defeat came after months of painstaking negotiations and weeks of debate as a 45 to 50 procedural vote fell well short of the 60 votes needed to break the filibuster. Senate Majority Leader Harry M. Reid (D-Nev.) then pulled the bill from the floor, while holding out hope that the Senate could resurrect the measure within weeks,” the Washington Post reported.
“As annoying as Reid’s refrain was, he is right: This was the president’s bill. This was the monstrous sham that President Bush tried to ram through the Senate with his pal Teddy Kennedy–subverting the committee process, attempting to cram it in before the Memorial Day holiday, rushing to limit debate, and then complaining about delays. This was the bill President Bush sent conservative-bashing bureaucrats like DHS Secretary Michael Chertoff to peddle on CNN. This was the bill President Bush championed while deriding critics as fearful bigots and running away from building the fence he promised to build,” says Michelle Malkin.

The Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) has just let the cat out of the bag about what’s really behind our trade agreements and security partnerships with the other North American countries. A 59-page CFR document spells out a five-year plan for the “establishment by 2010 of a North American economic and security community” with a common “outer security perimeter.”
“Community” means integrating the United States with the corruption, socialism, poverty and population of Mexico and Canada. “Common perimeter” means wide-open U.S. borders between the U.S., Mexico and Canada. “Community” is sometimes called “space” but the CFR goal is clear: “a common economic space … for all people in the region, a space in which trade, capital, and people flow freely.” The CFR’s “integrated” strategy calls for “a more open border for the movement of goods and people.”
The CFR document lays “the groundwork for the freer flow of people within North America.” The “common security perimeter” will require us to “harmonize visa and asylum regulations” with Mexico and Canada, “harmonize entry screening,” and “fully share data about the exit and entry of foreign nationals.”
This CFR document, called “Building a North American Community,” asserts that George W. Bush, Mexican President Vicente Fox, and Canadian Prime Minister Paul Martin “committed their governments” to this goal when they met at Bush’s ranch and at Waco, Texas on March 23, 2005. The three adopted the “Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America” and assigned “working groups” to fill in the details.
It was at this same meeting, grandly called the North American summit, that President Bush pinned the epithet “vigilantes” on the volunteers guarding our border in Arizona.
A follow-up meeting was held in Ottawa on June 27, where the U.S. representative, Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff, told a news conference that “we want to facilitate the flow of traffic across our borders.” The White House issued a statement that the Ottawa report “represents an important first step in achieving the goals of the Security and Prosperity Partnership.”

One of Shakespeare’s most oft-quoted phrases comes from Romeo and Juliet, where Juliet asks Romeo: “What’s in a name? That which we call a rose by any other name would smell as sweet.” Accordingly, President Bush and Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid can call their immigration bill by any name they want to, but it is still amnesty, and it still stinks!
Hopefully, readers are aware that the Bush/Kennedy amnesty bill is being debated in the U.S. Senate this week with both the White House and senate leaders hopeful of quick passage.
If it passes, the proposed immigration bill would immediately give all 12-20 million illegal aliens already in the United States “probationary” citizenship. It would also put an estimated 60 million immigrants on the path to citizenship over the next 20 years. In exchange for granting U.S. citizenship to tens of millions of illegals, the bill promises to better protect America’s borders.
However, what is abundantly clear is that the federal government’s idea of border enforcement is totally without meaning or merit. Consider the fact that the United States already has copious laws against illegal immigration, including punishment for businesses that hire illegals. So, what good have these laws done? Very little.
No one with any sense of objective truth believes that the Bush administration is serious about border enforcement. No one. Therefore, how can anyone believe that more promises of border enforcement will accomplish any more than with existing laws?
The plain truth is, President George W. Bush, Senators Ted Kennedy, John McCain, et al., are simply hell-bent to provide amnesty to tens of millions of illegal aliens, and this bill will give them the power to do it.
Do I need to convince readers that any kind of amnesty will put America on the fast track to ruin? The United States simply cannot absorb upwards of 60 million, mostly unskilled, non-English-speaking, migrants in the next few years. It just is not possible.
Already, America is reaping the consequences of unbridled illegal immigration. Americans are being squeezed out of work by illegal immigrants who will work at significantly reduced wages. Of course our unemployment is low: Americans are working two or three jobs just to make ends meet.
Add to the strain of the loss of good paying jobs the strain of an ever-growing financial burden to taxpayers. For example, Heritage Foundation scholar Robert Rector recently released a new study entitled, “The Fiscal Cost of Low-Skill Households to the U.S. Taxpayer.” In the report, Rector notes that two-thirds of the millions of illegal aliens in this country fall into the category of “low-skill” households. Contrast that with just 10% of native-born Americans falling into that category.
Writing for National Review Online, Byron York states, “Rector found that in 2004, the most recent year for which figures are available, low-skill households received an average of $32,138 per household — the great majority in the form of means-tested aid and direct benefits…. Against that, Rector found that low-skill households paid an average of $9,689 in taxes…. In the final calculation, he found, the average low-skill household received $22,449 more in benefits than it paid in taxes…”
According to World Net Daily, “If the lower figure of 12 million illegal aliens is used for estimation purposes, the [current] total tax burden translates to $2.2 trillion.”
It doesn’t take a mathematical genius to calculate that with an added 60 million mostly unskilled immigrants moving into the country, the financial cost would be more than taxpayers could possibly pay for.
Consider also the toll upon America’s safety and security. Already, law enforcement agencies are very much cognizant of a surge of Latin American “ultra-violent” gangs that have sprung up in more than 40 U.S. states. According to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), one gang called MS-13 has been identified in 42 states. Another group called the 18th Street Gang is in 37 states. According to FBI MS-13 National Gang Task Force director Brian Truchon, “When the gang migrates throughout the U.S., there is always a road back to L.A. From L.A., there is always a road back to Central America.”
Retired lawman Jim Kouri recently wrote, “According to Lt. Steve Rogers, a decorated cop and award-winning writer, there are tens of thousands of murderers, rapists, child predators, robbers and drug dealers who are illegally in the United States. One study shows over 200,000 criminal aliens are preying on U.S. citizens.”
As I have previously noted in this column, illegal aliens already murder at least 12 Americans every day. Think of the potential violence that another 60 million aliens will bring. Not to mention the threat of potential terrorism.
America’s law enforcement communities are keenly aware of the probability that international terrorists have already infiltrated the United States due to our lack of border control.
For example, William Gheen, President of Americans for Legal Immigration Political Action Committee (ALIPAC), recently said, “MS-13 and other illegal immigrant gangs are bringing in the illegals, drugs, heavy weapons, and possibly terrorists. The biggest threat from their members is contained in the multiple intelligence reports provided to Congress indicating that Al-Qaeda and MS-13 are now working together to smuggle terrorist operatives and materials into the U.S.”

Just when I thought politics in New Mexico could not possibly become any more bizarre — they did. The police department for the state capitol — Santa Fe — has made the decision to hire Mexican Nationals (NOT US citizens) as “law enforcement” officers. In this way, the new Mexican (not US) police officers can ensure that illegal immigrants are given the special privileges the anarchistic hordes have decided they deserve. And, New Mexico has begun the secession from the US, in order to no longer have to adhere to its pesky laws.
Considering US Senators and Congressional members’ penchant for flouting any and all US immigration laws, why shouldn’t individual states begin doing the same? Santa Fe Police Sgt. Marvin Paulk reinforced the “we don’t need no stinkin’ immigration laws” attitude, when he stated: “I know that there are state and federal laws that prohibit hiring officers who aren’t U.S. citizens, but I think that we should consider the possibility of changing these rules! A high percentage of our community is made up of Mexican citizens [note that these are not US citizens but, beholden to their Mexican citizenship], men and women who have lived a large part of their lives in this country. I don’t see why they can’t be good candidates to become police officers.” In other words, who cares about US law? An individual who has been given the responsibility of upholding the law [Police Sergeant Paulk] openly voices that he no longer cares about following the law of the land. After all, the new and improved leftist way of thinking and addressing any and all US laws is to follow them only if you agree with them — then ignore them when you don’t. Note: When law enforcement officials say they will not uphold laws, doesn’t complete chaos follow? It does.
After this new policy is adopted and passed — with the current illegals-have-more-rights-than-US-citizens position held by our “leaders” there is nothing to suggest that it won’t be — New Mexico will have taken the first official step toward ceding a US state back to Mexico and becoming its first official colony. Mexican Presidents Fox and Calderon, La Raza, MEChA, the Mexica Movement and all of the other “the United States belongs to us” foreign groups should be dancing in the streets over this proposal. Perhaps the Santa Fe PD is considering hiring MS-13 gang members. After all, they entered the US illegally — via its southern border — too. But, MS-13 members were originally from El Salvador. Will only Mexican nationals and Mexican gang members be considered? Heck. the Santa Fe PD and NM lawmakers may as well do away with all US laws so that New Mexico can officially become a lawless zone. Any way they wish to present it, refusal to follow the laws of the land leads to anarchy. In this way, the SFPD and the Democrat NM lawmakers can almost immediately remake the state into their own patron image and also set the tone for terrorists’ rights. With Washington lawmakers too timid to do anything, what’s to stop the New Mexico insurrection?
I never thought that I would see the complete dissolution-by-design of the USA by our on elected leaders. But, before our very eyes, that is precisely what is now occurring. Our “leaders” have already begun the process of separating the USA into colonias, which now encompass 4 states — California, Texas, Arizona and New Mexico. As well, our law enforcers have made the decision that only the laws they and the politicians in power want will be upheld. If US laws fly in the face of their desires, said laws will be ignored and thrown out. If these new individually-designed and written laws continue to go unchallenged, the country is already lost. Both the invading Islamists and illegals’ Mexico-first crowds can divide the spoils of what was once the greatest country and ideology on Earth — now gone due to lack of interest. Has the US population become weary of liberty and freedom? Does it truly want suppression and submission to the will of a master?
President Ronald Reagan said: “Our Constitution is a document in which ‘We the People’ tell the government what it is allowed to do. ‘We the People’ are free. America is freedom — freedom of speech, freedom of religion, freedom of enterprise. And freedom is special and rare. It’s fragile; it needs protection.” As long as we hold back from actively calling those “leaders” who refuse to uphold the US Constitution and protect the country to account, these words will continue to come back to haunt and bite us. And with little to no attention paid to the internal defeat of our country, being perpetrated by invading foreign powers and their supporters, it may already be too late. Is this really how you want the US to end?

How do you solve the problem of 20 million illegal aliens, including criminals and Islamic terrorists, currently residing in the great American abyss? If you’re Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), you spend significant resources responding to my website.
You know your billions of Homeland Security tax dollars, many of which are supposed to go to enforcing immigration and customs laws?
If you thought that’s where the money goes, think again. It seems ICE “leadership” is upset that this site continues to expose waste, malfeasance, and lack of immigration enforcement per policy at the highest levels of ICE. And they’re upset I’ve disclosed how the agency is now about to lose its Customs functions. So what do they do?
They start an anti-Schlussel “rumor patrol” and dedicate resources to it–your tax-paid law enforcement employees. Yesterday, ICE “leadership” sent out a memo to all ICE Deputy Special Agents in Charge nationwide, announcing a “new assignment” for all Special Agents in Charge offices: to “gather and debunk . . . rumors” that are “floating around” and, which ICE claims are “destructive . . . and counterproductive” to the agency.
It’s pretty clear that this time- and resource-wasting “new assignment” is directed at me and the hundreds and hundreds of concerned, patriotic ICE agents who let me know what is happening at their sinking agency. ICE knows that virtually all the agents in that agency read this site and find out more about what’s going on from it than they do from their lazy, do-nothing, incompetent, destructive and counterproductive leadership.
